I acknowledge and agree that these terms, in addition to any other terms of confidentiality agreements and other agreements (the “Agreements”) that I may have previously entered into with MEDsys will govern my use of *vincent-hcs.com. Additionally, I agree to use the information and data contained within *Vincent-hcs.com in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, rules and standards, as well as MEDsys’ Privacy Policies and Procedures. I further understand that my violation of these terms may lead to disciplinary action up to and including:

1) In the case of MEDsys customers: termination of any of the Agreements with MEDsys;
2) In the case of MEDsys employees: termination of employment and
3) In the case of all users of *vincent-hcs.com: criminal prosecution.
I acknowledge and agree that MEDsys may update these terms from time to time by posting revised terms on this page. My continued use of *Vincent-hcs.com shall constitute agreement to such updated terms and the Agreements.
